On the Friday before Christmas,1 the Department of Labor finally announced Arkansas‘s big $36 million apprenticeship incentive fund for manufacturers.

In September, JTW first reported the American Manufacturing Apprenticeship fund—actually awarded by DOL back in July—with more details, including the program name, reported by JTW in October.
